Are you not satisfied with your ordered items? It’s, of course, not a problem to return your product. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving it.
How do I return an order?
Step 1
Check if the return meets the conditions:
- The item must be undamaged
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
Step 2
Fill out the return form (link below) and email it to info@odd-allies.com You can also copy the text and paste it into the email if you don’t have a printer or scanner.

Step 3
Pack the items in the original packaging.
Step 4
Address the package to:

Step 5
Affix sufficient postage to the package and drop it off at the mailbox or a PostNL service point. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. If you have sent the package via PostNL, always keep the proof of the return shipment.
Step 6
Once your return is received in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days.
